So no matter what you use to connect the wire, there will be problems. The simple way is to replace a wire with a larger diameter.

Which wiring methods are reliable?

If there is no problem with the load, no over-current or wire aging, and all kinds of problems occur only when the connector is poorly handled, then consider using other methods to connect.

1. Use electric soldering iron

It is convenient and safe to use an electric soldering iron for wiring or welding. The contact surface does not need to be too large. As long as two wires are touching together, insulation should be done on the electric soldering iron point. It is not necessary to wind the two wires together for several times as usual. Try to use this method if conditions permit.

2. Use terminal blocks
